In 2015, I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology, with a focus on Web Design and Development. I am passionate about enhancing people’s lives through well-designed web experiences.

    User Experience Specialist

    Compassion International

    Leads the effort to craft positive and impactful digital interactions between the ministry and both existing and prospective sponsors and donors across Compassion's web properties. Conducts user research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation on the web. Evaluates the results of qualitative and quantitative data from usability testing and a variety of web analytics to ideate creative, research-based solutions; presents information to stakeholders to help advocate for the prioritization of projects and allocation of budget and resources. Develops prototypes and defines testing plans for an iterative project approach. Played an integral role in the strategic initiative to redesign Compassion.com's checkout process. The result of this initiative was a 28% improvement in conversion rates and a 38% increase in revenue. Worked closely with developers to establish functional requirements; defined user flows; produced wireframes, design comps, and prototypes; developed and executed a comprehensive testing plan. Developed a Digital Design System to drive consistency in visual elements and behavior across Compassion web properties. Defined and established design guidelines, web standards, and best practices for the various teams who contribute content for Compassion.com. Presented the Digital Design System to stakeholders to evangelize adoption.

    Primary resource for the Department of Radiology, responsible for planning and establishing priorities for the development of departmental marketing materials in conjunction with physician requests for medical illustrations and presentation materials required for journal publication. Planning, developing, and coordinating the production of internal information and promotional materials for the Department of Radiology and the Physician Services Division. Reviewing, editing, and formatting departmental annual reports. Planning, creation and execution of printed publications to support the department's marketing efforts.

    Landmark Marketing

    Regularly communicate with the Production Coordinator, project managers, and clients to manage the collection of advertising materials, publication editorial and images, and obtain design approvals. Collaborate with a three-person Production Team and 14 Project Managers to produce five hard-bound visitor guide publications. Work directly with the Creative Services Manager (CSM) to plan and execute publication layout and design.
